David Knight Interviews The Lawyers' Committee March 10, 2021

It is hard to believe that this September 11, 2021 marks the 20th Anniversary of the terrible crimes of 9/11.  The Lawyers' Committee intends through all its investigative and litigation work to  honor the victims of 9/11 and their families.  There will be no real closure  for Americans until there is Truth and Justice.  Thus far both have been obstructed and denied.

While preparing to launch a new 9/11 investigative project to be announced shortly, the Lawyers' Committee expects to complete within a month a Grand Jury Petition on the anthrax attacks of 2001. We have been working on this project since last year  and will submit it to the United States Attorney in Washington, D.C. highlighting the 9/11 crimes committed, and the laws violated in the anthrax attacks. This action will take a new twist however, in that we will be asking for a Special Counsel because we believe the FBI and Justice Department have a conflict of interest investigating themselves.

This past October we submitted a 76 page  Anthrax Petition with 69 Exhibits to Congress. We are attempting to locate Congressional support for a new Congressional anthrax investigation. We believe the alleged anthrax attacker Dr. Bruce Ivins was an innocent scapegoat and fall guy for FBI criminal misconduct and obstruction involved with their own FBI investigation.   So, we are approaching Congress and asking them to investigate and simultaneously approaching law enforcement and will be asking them to to do likewise through a Special Counsel.

Presently, the Lawyers' Committee is waiting on a decision from the Southern District Court Judge  in Manhattan on the standing question concerning our Grand Jury law suit against the United States Attorney in the Southern District  and the Attorney General involving evidence of controlled demolition, bombs and explosives used in the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers.

Recently, Mick Harrison, Lawyers' Committee Litigation Director and myself did a Lawyers' Committee interview update with David Knight on some of the activities of the Lawyers' Committee. Click HERE or click the blue button below for the interview.

These are indeed rough times.  Your support is most appreciated.
