Saudi Arabia defence budget: $67.6 billion. Yemen defence budget: $1.4 billion. Yemeni rebels don't have means to destroy Aramco refinery. Only 2 possible scenarios:
1. False flag by US and Saudi as oil prices stagnate.
2. Iranian job with Russian help; also drives up oil prices.
