On July 15, 1967, NBC allowed New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison to respond to an NBC program that was highly critical of Garrison's pursuit of alleged Kennedy assassination conspirators in New Orleans.

Jim Garrison points out the fact that the public has been sold 'fairy tales' by 'honourable men' in Government and the media. His concluding comments provide a warning to the population where he says he discovered things about human nature, government and the media he cared not to have known.

Quote: "Anyone who has done their homework knows that the single assassin theory is totally impossible."

The killing of JFK was a turning point in history. We have lived with the consequences of his death and the consequences of criminals operating in positions of power for many decades. We must seek truth and justice when crimes like this occur or else be condemned to a future of war and inequity where the majority will always be subject to the whims of those that pull the strings of power.

Debunking 'JFK: The Smoking Gun' - A Response to Questions about the Film

In an online discussion I was told to watch the documentary JFK: The Smoking Gun which some friends thought provided a good explanation to the killing - that Secret service Agent Hickey accidentally fired the fatal head shot . Having some understanding of the case I ventured the following reply:

I just watched the doco and I have report it is another railroading of material. You can check what I am saying by Googling the Warren Commission testimony to see if the doco is being truthful. It's not all bad because the show states that the official account cannot be true. That's a good starting point.

The present McLaren case is based closely on the work of the Howard Donahue hypothesis. McLaren claims he 'forensically' examined the Warren Commission data but this looks to be false because he should have recognised multiple witness testimony to 4 shots - whereas he says there were only three in the scenario presented. He tells us the witnesses should lead us to solving the case but I don't think he followed his own advice. Implicitly he also fully believes much of the official account - key aspects of which have been shown to be highly improbable, if not false. [like the Magic bullet theory]

At the start of the show we see that both McLaren and CBS TV (via their shooting recreation) doubt Oswald could have fired the three shots that the Warren Commission says were fired. The CBS recreation itself has problems because their 'car' does not slow down during the test firing. Anyway, like the testimony in the WC, the doco says that two of the shots were fired in quick succession - too fast for Oswald. The problem we face is that the show wants us to think that Oswald only fired twice and the Secret Service guy once. It says one shot missed because all researchers agree, including the WC - that a bullet struck the sidewalk. Consequently we are now stuck with ONE bullet hitting both JFK in the back and then Connelly - the magic bullet - to cause all the injuries.

McLaren and Donahue believe the magic bullet tale and that the bullet, Exhibit 399, smashed through tissue and bone to be only slightly deformed. E399 is clearly planted evidence. There is no way that bullet broke bone. Watch Mythbusters shooting stuff with various rounds, or even water with a high powered rifle, and see what happens. That slug didn't hit anything like bone.

Also, Governor Connelly clearly recalls that he heard gunfire, that the President had already been hit, when he was turning in his car seat and was THEN hit. The Zapruder film actually backs up his account. This means there were at least two separate hits and the miss into the sidewalk (3 shots) up to this point.

Furthermore, Oswald could not have shot Kennedy in the back and Connelly with the same bullet.

The actual location of the wound in JFK's back was at least 5 inches below the bottom of his collar, NOT in his lower neck. Even [with JFK] leaning forward Oswald's shot could not possibly line up with Connelly. Google image JFK jacket and then JFK shirt. It has been claimed that JFK's jacket rode up so that it only looked like he was struck low but his shirt could not have performed the same manoeuvre if it was tucked into his pants. In any event the folding -especially the shirt- cannot make up four or five inches of distance.

The show has serious problems with how it handles the witnesses they highlight and how they don't fully relate what they say to railroad their hypothesis.

The testimony of James Humes M.D. represents the material put out by the Bethesda examination that was by all accounts very poorly handled - it appears to be a fraud. The show mentions the gag order placed on people in attendance which the radiologist later in show, Jerrol Custer, recalls. Custer in other interviews points to a cover-up of the forensic data and indicates a large wound to the rear of JFK's skull.

Humes' account conflicts with those at Parkland who saw a large exit wound in the right rear portion of JFK's skull. This is one of the main problems with the show in relation to the forensics - it takes the overall WC conclusions at face value in terms of vetting/accepting evidence. It ignored conflicting testimony and photographs including those conflicting pictures from the autopsy (ie the shirt and the head taken from the side pic). 

The show completely ignored what occurred at Parkland beyond the argument with the Secret Service. No mention is made of the accounts by the medical staff who viewed the body of the President.

When it came to linking the head shot to Secret Service agent Hickey the show makes only one claim it supports with testimony - that of Sam Holland who said he saw the SS agent pull a weapon after the first shot. The show leaves out the fact that this is the same Sam Hickey who stood on the overpass with other witnesses and stated he saw a white puff of smoke coming from the grassy knoll. The affidavit read by the actor playing Hickey only spoke the last three or four sentences from his Dallas testimony. They left out the fact that he said he heard 4 gunshots and saw the smoke from the knoll.

The other two witnesses appearing in the show, the police officer and Senator Ralph Yarborough say they saw the SS gun pulled at a time after the last shot. These people do not say they saw any gun before this point. We are then told that there are other witnesses to the gun being pulled before the final shot. This is not a convincing argument in light of these examples.

One point that comes out in the doco is the fact that gunsmoke was smelt by many at ground level - indicating at least one shooter in relatively close proximity.

Final point. All the evidence coming directly from the authorities, who were shown in the doco to be involved in a cover-up of some kind, must be suspect and their material treated carefully. Even the Zapruder film appears to be altered. A witness to an early screening before it was confiscated says that their was white spray all over the place during the head shot and that it lasted for a while - much longer then the red blotch we see today. Also the cop on the bike got blasted with brain matter and so did the SS agents in the car behind (the latter example clearly mentioned in the doco). This seems indicative of a substantial rear exit wound.

The 'JKF: Smoking Gun' doco does not substantiate its hypothesis. Some its claims are refuted or are impossible considering a fuller account of the specific points it raises. Apologies for the long winded reply, but if I just made a short retort that would not help much in understanding the problems with such a slick production.

It appears TWA 800 was most likely accidentally shot down by the US Navy. The Navy was known to test fire missiles in the area and their radar tapes of the crash omit an area consistent with a missile track on Flight 800. Watch the video and decide for yourselves if the authorities are lying.

This incident provides a good example of a high level cover-up and is intended to help bust the bubble of conspiracy deniers !

Respected Middle East expert and former BBC presenter Alan Hart has broken his silence on 9/11, by revealing that the world’s most prominent civil engineering company told him directly that the collapse of the twin towers was a controlled demolition.

Speaking on the Kevin Barrett show yesterday, Hart said he thought the 9/11 attack probably started as a Muslim operation headed up by Osama Bin Laden but that the plot was subsequently hijacked and carried out by Mossad agents in collusion with elements of the CIA, adding that since its formation, Israel has penetrated every Arab government and terrorist organization.

After reading this post I was surprised to find a disagreement over the story running in a 911Blogger comments thread. Fellow "truthers" appeared to be at each other over nothing.

The ARGUMENT:
1.) John Bursill posts the story (above) from Kevin Barrett's blog where: the BBC journalist Alan Hart points to his knowledge of a big construction company's conclusions that the WTC buildings were subjected to Controlled Demolition. He further stated that it was his opinion that 911 was largely the work of a CIA-Mossad operation.

2.) Highly respected Victronix in the comments thread attacks Bursill's post because the story he put up, according to her, delves too far into unsubstantiated evidence territory (it's not dealing with verified reports or physical evidence). She claims it's borderline anti-semitic.

Analysis:

Kevin Barrett:
Barrett has a very poor reputation: he has associated with Jim Fetzer for a long time, has supported unfounded claims that Michael Wolsey is an "enemy" agent, makes many other mistakes when dealing with 911 issues leaving himself open to general ridicule and debunking attacks.

Could he be a mole to make 911 truth look bad? Victronix has warned us about such subversive tactics in her analysis of people like Judy Wood and Morgan Reynolds.

CONCLUSION on Barrett: Generally, not to be trusted due to his history -- although he could be hawking good material on occasion.

OVERALL conclusion regarding Barrett's interview: The BBC journalist was offering an honest opinion. He provided a new lead, albeit unsubstantiated, on a big construction company that, with all the expertise at its disposal, concluded 911 was an inside job. His comments, reflecting a CIA-Mossad connection in relation to the overall crime, were valid ones. There seemed to be no obvious anti-semitic agenda in terms of the BBC journalist's story.

In my humble opinion, the interview was newsworthy, despite Barrett's reputation. This is because the information put forward was not Barrett's but that of the BBC journalist. The view offered was not anti-semitic either. It dealt with valid suspects and a credible CIA-Mossad scenario.

Readers should also note that a police investigation into 911, the next step in the story, would need to consider suspects as was raised in the interview. Other suspects from other countries would also be on the list.

There is more to the 911 crime than just an examination of the physical evidence. Questions about who dun it will arise. In this case the speculation did not seem too far fetched considering the record. However, having said that, a note of caution should always be pinned to all information presented by Barrett. Each claim of his must be considered on a case by case basis because of his past record.

SUMMARY:
There was nothing controversial with Bursill's decision to post the story on 911Blogger despite questions surrounding the interviewer Barrett. Obviously, more work would be welcome in order to establish the identity of the big construction company that remained unidentified in the interview.

In a previous post of mine on this blog and on the blog Phoenix Rising, I stated that the CIA and the intellegence community were either imbecilic morons or they allowed this thing with the C.U.B. (Christmas underwear bomber) to happen.
Well it seems that they not only knew, but most likely gave him a visa. Personally I am for the.... they are imbecilic morons who let it (or made it) happen to farther some moronic insane scheme, version of events.
I cannot understand for the life of me why Osama-Bin-Laden would rise from the dead just to take credit for such stupidity can you?

What I have written below is directed to all of those who are willing to believe the "official story from the 9/11 commission".
It is also directed to those who will see all of this evidence then shrug their shoulders and say -
What can I do? I am just one person.
Well if all of those people who said that, got together, they would discover that they are quite a few.
If nothing else, when those corrupt demons in disguise, try to do this mess again (and they will) you will be in the know, and not so inclined to swallow the official bull - hook, line and sinker as the saying goes...

So America--You claim you want the truth about it all.
You claim that you have always known that our Government has lied to us.
You claim that all politicians are dishonest.
You claim that everyone in government is corrupt.
Well if after viewing the video below You do not make an outcry :))))
Then there is no hope for You or this country.
We will assume that You Like being lied to, would rather remain a sheeple,
and are quite content with the illusion of your life.
We will assume that you endorse the way our government has represented our interests in the world.
After all why should you rock the boat?

There has been more than enough evidence to reopen an investigation into 9/11.
People have been put away for life in prison or executed on much less.

The thing that gets me is that people will talk out of one side of their mouth on how much bull comes out of politicians mouths, watch them lie to get elected, then smile and call that politics.
Then when the lying to get the job people; who misrepresented their whole lives so that the people would elect the most popular player of the game, get in office; you people are surprised when they continue their lies?
Now all of the sudden they are incapable of lying to the public about whatever?

The government thinks you are and they count on your selfishness and self centeredness.

They are under the illusion that this is how to put America to work.

Oh yes they get rich and have greater power.
Most importantly you get a J-O-B!!!
You will work like a slave for them, they will get rich, you will die much younger, completely wore out from all the chemical exposures and stress along with the bad food they will feed you because that is all about jobs.
When politicians promise you jobs, this is what they are talking about.
The sad part of it all is that no one has ever questioned this philosophy en-mass.
People were happy as long as their style of living wasn't bothered.

The horror of it all is this concept is clearly a lack of love for ones fellow humanity.
A complete and utter disregard of the gentle Nazarene's teachings.

We the people have allowed this. It seems that people are easy to deceive.
People will believe a lie and then haggle over what truth is when it is staring them in the face.
People will believe a politicians mirage, accept it as fact on NO EVIDENCE and when real evidence is presented by people who have nothing to gain and much to lose,
like their lives, their reputation, and much more:))))
They will argue the real evidence with the Illusionary smokescreen evidence that people who have everything to gain profit wise, who are known deceivers, have fed them.

What can we the people do about it?
Let them know you know what they are doing!
Tell them ENOUGH already!!
The single most important effective thing one can do about it is this- stop giving these people /corporations your money.
STOP playing the game.
It is their game and it is rigged.
STOP playing.
Stop believing whatever they feed you.
Do your own research!
Stop looking for a leader to save you and make it better.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD!!!!
