It declared that federal agency reports are under no obligation to be accurate or reach scientifically sound conclusions…even when the reports explore what killed thousands of people on September 11, 2001!
By rejecting its own obligation to the ideals of scientific integrity and its accountability to the American people,
the U.S. government has officially renounced its authority over any matters of scientific inquiry or investigation.
According to the court’s statement, NIST is not only allowed to be wrong but it’s also allowed to lie.
