Two Questions Answered About the Naked Body Scanners

1. Will film and TV stars be exempt from naked body scans? Not all of them.
2. Will images be instantly deleted? No!

Ever since the body scanners were announced, I've been wondering why celebrities haven't been speaking out against them. After all, not all are lucky enough to have their own private jets, and you'd think they of all people would be the most concerned about technology that can generate images of their naked bodies. I suppose it was only a matter of time before the issue would come up. Last Friday, on the British chat show Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, Indian film star Shahrukh Khan told a story about how printouts of his body scan image were circulated around Heathrow airport, demolishing the myth that images are deleted instantly. In true Brave New World style however it was talked about and laughed at as if it was no big deal. Here is the clip straight from the BBC's own Youtube channel...

The thought of airport security staff looking at images of naked children is disturbing enough. The fact that they can actually print them out is even more shocking. This is also a message to the stars. You aren't immune from this! This tyranny will affect you and your families just as much as it will affect us. So stop being part of the problem and speak out dammit!
